I have been going to this surgery since moving into the area two years ago. The doctors have all been of a high standard, although they certainly differ in personalities, but you are likely to find what you want in one of them! I have been to practices where the staff seem to change all too often - this is not the case here, which is good, as you are able to form proper relationships. In the rare occasions there have been issues with other elements of Croydon's Healthcare services, Parkside have fought my corner and been very helpful. The receptionists are usually busy, but courteous and easy to talk to about important issues. The online booking system is good and works well. You do have to wait a long time (two weeks) for routine appointments, but emergency appointments are available on the day easily, for both morning and afternoon sessions.

I have just moved out of the area. Leaving Parkside practice was one of the few bad things about my house move. Over the last ten years I have always found the service and care provided by Parkside to be excellent, for myself (with a long term health condition) and the rest of my family. They are an excellent example of how a GP practice should be run.
